Chris Hemsworth Comments on Breaking Hugh Jackman’s Superhero Movie Record

the star of Thor: Love and ThunderChris Hemsworth, comments if he will break the record for Hugh Jackman to spend more time playing a superhero.

Audiences first met the God of Thunder from the Marvel Cinematic Universe in 2011’s Thor.

Since then, Hemsworth has appeared as the character 7 times in the MCU, even in Thor: The Dark World Y thor: ragnarok, that revitalized its franchise.

The long-awaited sequel to Taika Waititi, love and thunder, It will be the first time that a avenger original receives his fourth solo film at the UCM.

In an interview with Ali Plumb from BBC Radio 1, Hemsworth sits down to talk about the next movie.

After mentioning how Hemsworth has been Thor for 11 years, Plumb asks the 38-year-old actor if he can see himself “driving the old Stormbreaker in 6 years” to beat Jackman’s 16-year record.

“I wasn’t going to, but now that you’ve put it in front of me, you have a good point. It’s only six years, I’ve come this far. Going back now would be a waste.”

Plumb goes on to mention that it is better than Hemsworth wait to jackman don’t make a cameo in Dead Pool 3which is written by Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick.

Since the latter couple collaborated with Hemsworth in Spiderhead’s Netflix, Hemsworth jokes that he’ll just have to put Thor in Dead Pool 3.

In 2019, Disney/Marvel Studios acquired Fox, X-Men, Fantastic Four, and Deadpool under the MCU umbrella.

Even before this happened, Ryan Reynolds has gone to great lengths to goad (on and off screen), his former co-star from X-Men Origins: Wolverine to appear next to dead pool.

Before retiring from the franchise Fox, Jackman once said that he would love to appear in the UCM. However, Jackman seems adamant that he will not put on his claws again.
