Could the PC Game Pass application have unwittingly revealed the arrival of Ubisoft+ Classics?

A few months ago, Ubisoft announced the arrival of its Ubisoft+ service on Xbox consoles. As a reminder, this publisher’s service provides access to all of the publisher’s games as well as DLCs for a monthly cost of around ten euros. If it is not intended to arrive in the Game Pass according to Ubisoft’s own words, a small variant could arrive.

Ubisoft games approaching for Game Pass?

The latest update to the PC Game Pass app brought some bug fixes. But also improvements to the search system for PC Game Pass titles. And according to the text of the application, this would include EA Play games and Ubisoft.

While the full Ubisoft+ subscription is unlikely to arrive, costing $14.99 per month in a Game Pass subscription at the same price, Ubisoft revealed a new service a few days ago. Indeed, during the presentation of the new tiers of the Sony Playstation Plus, we were able to discover the Ubisoft+ Classics service. This will include a reduced selection of games, such as:

  • Assassin’s Creed Valhalla
  • The Crew 2
  • Child of Light
  • Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon
  • South Park: The Stick of Truth

No information is official yet, neither Ubisoft nor Microsoft have commented on this mention to date. We will have to wait to find out if this is a simple error, information only related to the arrival of Assassin’s Creed Origins and For Honor early June, or later, with perhaps an announcement during the Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase on June 12? What do you think ?
