So far, more than 40 companies, including LG Electronics, Union Bank of the Philippines, Celltrion and Yeahmobi, have joined the Council. Additionally, some of the biggest crypto exchanges like Binance and Huobi are in its ranks.

After its launch in early 2022, AQX has continuously introduced new services, including futures and derivatives trading. Spot trading will also be available later this year. People can expect to use the AQX app to trade various cryptocurrencies soon. Additionally, the platform offers users a portfolio feature giving them insight, spot and futures options.

By joining Klaytn’s governance board, AQX is committed to supporting Klaytn in growing its platform and ecosystem, and driving global adoption. Being accepted as a member of Klaytn’s governance board is also a testament to the reliability and long-term potential of the project.

AQX co-founder Yongjin Kim spoke about the project’s participation on Klaytn’s governance board, saying, “AQX shares a common vision with Klaytn and we hope this partnership will help drive sustainable growth of the blockchain industry. We strongly believe that the cross-industry collaborations facilitated by the Council can help create more meaningful use cases for blockchain and cryptocurrencies, bringing more people into the financial world of the future.

“AQX is a fast-growing trading platform that promises to unlock more options for traders in the Klaytn ecosystem. We are delighted to welcome them to the governance council and look forward to their support in driving the growth and development of Klaytn,” said David Shin, Head of Global Adoption at the Klaytn Foundation.
