Leaked images of the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 emerge TechRadar

(Pocket-lint) – Leaked images appearing to show the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 have emerged, showing the smartphone screen and an almost non-existent crease.

We’ve seen plenty of Galaxy Z Flip 4 rumors surface over the past few months, but this would represent the first time the device has actually been leaked in the flesh.

They also match previous renders, with only a very slight reflection showing where the display crease appeared previously. The images, as seen below, show the alleged Z Flip 4 with the screen open and closed, as well as from the side.

The phone’s glossy exterior appears to have been replaced with a matte finish for this particular model, but other than that, it’s very hard to spot any clear differences between the leaked smartphone and the current Galaxy Z Flip 3.

We should also note that even the main screen crease may not have become less important. While it looks less intrusive in the leaked images, we’ve also had plenty of experience using this phone, and how it looks really depends on where the light is bouncing off the fold.

Elsewhere, the front display again appears to be paired with a dual-camera setup, and the same punch-hole selfie camera features on the main display.

We expect to see official announcements for Samsung’s next generation of foldable phones around August – which should also include the Z Fold 4 – so there’s not too long to wait to see what exactly has changed between the generations.

However, many more leaks and rumors are expected to leak out by then, so stay tuned.
