‘One Piece Film Red’ Big Mom Pirates Designs, Uta’s 2nd Song
Even after being the very reason Luffy started his pirate journey, we haven’t heard from Shanks and the Red Hair Pirates since the start of the year. But then came One Piece Film Red, and we got the biggest surprise ever: Shanks’ daughter.
One of the Four Emperors and a major character having a child no one knew is surely a shock, but we all know how Shanks is.
Speaking of the Four Emperors, the movie just confirmed that another infamous pirate gang would make an appearance, and I think you all know what I’m talking about.

One Piece Film Red has revealed updated character designs for the Big Mom Pirates in its latest promotional video. The film will be released in Japan on August 6, 2022.
The video features one of the kind commanders, Katakuri, and the officers, Oven and Brulee. The captain and other members aren’t anywhere in the video, so I guess Charlotte herself won’t be there in the movie (thank goodness!).
But don’t underestimate Big Mom’s subordinates, as they’re just as fearful and terrible as their captain and more than capable of causing trouble for Straw Hats.
Additionally, the film launched Project Uta, where the character’s vocal cast, Ado, will collaborate with different artists to produce songs.
Ado’s official YouTube channel has released the project’s second song and music video. It’s called ‘Watashi wa Saikyō’ (I am invincible), in collaboration with Ms. Green Apple, where the rock band composed the song.
The first song in the project was a teen solo titled “Shinjidai” (New Genesis), and more will be released on the following dates:
Title of the song | Collaborating Artist | Release date |
Gyakkо̄ | Vaundy | July 6 |
Utakata Lullaby (Trailer) | WRONG TYPE. | July 20 |
Sekai no Tsuzuki (Trailer) | Yuta Orisaka | July 27 |
Kaze no Yukue (Trailer) | Motohiro Hata | August 3 |
Utakata Lullaby (full version) | WRONG TYPE. | August 6 |
Sekai no Tsuzuki (full version) | Yuta Orisaka | August 10 |
all music | Hiroyuki Sawano | August 17 |
Kaze no Yukue (full version) | Motohiro Hata | August 24 |
I think this list can also be called my next playlist as I am sure they will be repeated after the movie soundtrack is released.
