The expansion builds on a long-standing partnership between Onecom and the operator
Onecom has bolstered its existing partnership with Vodafone with an expanded product set.
The Hampshire-based business telecoms provider has confirmed the expansion of its £500million strategic partnership with the operator as the company plans to continue growing.
This expansion will allow Onecom to offer a broader set of products to its 450 channel partners, including wholesale and mobile airtime distribution services.
It also includes SIP, SD-WAN, IoT and 5G connectivity, as well as Fiber to the Premises (FTTP) and SoGEA services.
2019, Onecom extended its geographic reach across the UK, with a number of acquisitions backed by LDC investments, including 9 Group, Olive Communications and Nice Network.
“The purchase of 9 Group in March 2021 provided access to an established partner channel, which perfectly complements our direct customer offering,” said Onecom CEO Martin Flick.
“It makes perfect sense to extend our longstanding relationship with Vodafone to these partners. Our unparalleled scale, capabilities and award-winning proposition enable our channel partners to grow and together win greater market share, to the benefit of customers.
Flick adds that Onecom has more than 100,000 customers and the company manages “more than 800,000 mobile, hosted telephony and connectivity devices.”
Vodafone UK Commercial Director Nick Gliddon added: “Bringing the energy, alignment, mobile pedigree and wider experience that we have developed together over the years to Onecom channel partners instantly extends our reach. and our market penetration at such a critical time as we head towards the 2025 extinguish.
