This Privacy Policy describes how the operator of faahelisafety.org (the "Site") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit the Site. The Site is an editorial reference library on US helicopter safety and FAA rotorcraft compliance.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use the Site for behavioral advertising or remarketing. The Site is funded entirely by its operator.

9. Third-party services

The Site may use a privacy-friendly analytics provider that processes only aggregated, non-identifying statistics. We do not embed third-party advertising networks, social tracking pixels, or behavioral retargeting tags.

10. Children

The Site is intended for adult readers - helicopter pilots, instructors, Part 135 operators, and aviation safety professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date in the header of this page.
