Starfield recreated in Unreal Engine 5 is quite a visual spectacle

Bethesda Game Studios, the creators of The Elder Scrolls V and Fallout 4, aren’t quite ready to release Starfield, their new intellectual property set in space, just yet. The ambitious project led by Todd Howard uses an updated version of the Creation Engine graphics engine, but have you imagined what the game would look like with next-gen technology like Unreal Engine 5?

A few users have already gotten to work and developed different projects in this regard. As happened with the Cyberpunk 2077 video in UE5, the youtuber ENFANT TERRIBLE took care of collecting all these clips in a single video, which you can enjoy just below these lines: huge scenes, parts of the space station, cities and even characters appear in the video.

Starfield goes to 2023

During the Microsoft conference at E3 2021, the Bethesda game opened the ball with a trailer which served to establish a very precise release date: November 11, 2022. As is often the case in the video game industry, no date is set in stone. , rather the opposite. The company announced on social networks that it needed more time, so the video game was postponed to the first half of 2023. The same happened with Redfall, the new production by Arkane Austin, the authors of Prey.

These delays leave Microsoft with a significant gap in the schedule. In any case, the Redmond company has announced an Xbox & Bethesda Showcase, an event in which information on the video games that the company has in progress for consoles, PC and its Xbox Game Pass service will be updated.

Starfield is in development for Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and PC, so PlayStation players will not receive a port to their consoles.

These are some of the games that have been delayed until 2023.
