The Boys: Herogasm is the most graphic episode in TV history, according to showrunner

The showrunner of TheBoysEric Kripke; said the next episode of herogasm of season 3 is some of the most graphic television content of all time.

Based on the comic series by Garth Ennis Y Darick RobertsonThe Boys offers audiences a superhero story like no other; featuring some of the main tropes of the genre but with a much darker twist.

series go to Karl Urban lead the way like the vigilante billy butcher, while Anthony Starr interprets Homelander, your target to eliminate.

Now, Kripke has fanned the flames of anticipation by hinting that the graphic nature of herogasm It’s unlike anything that’s been done before on television.

In a recent interview with TVLine; Kripke spoke about the upcoming episode, revealing that it is “probably one of the most graphic hours on mainstream television” that audiences will have come across.

The showrunner shared his initial surprise that they were able to get away with certain elements, revealing that they were able to keep everything within the bounds of what can be approved for television.

“It’s probably one of the most graphic hours of mainstream TV that I think anyone has ever seen; I think you really have to turn to porn to see things that are more graphic.

When we started to prepare it with Nelson [Cragg], the director, and he was showing us what he had planned, I was like, ‘Wow, can we show all of that?’ They checked with Standards, and there are fun rules about how often you can simulate fucking and whether or not you can show an erect penis and how long you can show a private part.

There are all these rules, but we were within the limits of what the rules were. So the answer was that we could show it.”

fans of TheBoys they will surely already know the score after a scandalous scene involving the knew known as termite, though herogasm he seems ready to make this scene just a small example.

Several cast members have joined Kripke to promote the episode of herogasm with Starr and Jack Quaid (who plays Hughie) revealing that the episode is among his favorites.

The newcomer from TheBoys, Jensen Ackles also shared his experience filming what could be the series’ most painful scene to date, revealing that much of the show’s crew seemed “traumatized” during filming, joking that “You can not stop looking at it“.
